Same problem in Monster Hunter Tri and its horrible in that, cause the bloom covers pretty much the entire screen, not just single models :S. If you use an unlisted IR, then it's okay to choose something close to it but not exact (choose x4 or x8 if you're running 圆 IR). It shrinks the efb copies used for bloom back to original size. So I posted this some weeks back, please see this link to that bug report I made so you can get up to speed: -and so basically I believe I was told the code would be at least removed and that this would be put down as a regression or something like that and that way hopefully somebody might try to fix it but however the code is still there on the latest version of dolphin and enabling still does the same thing I had reported in that bug report, making the game unplayable.
